This role is a fulltime position (or partime at a minimum of 32 hours per week).
Duties and Responsibilities
- Work semi-autonomously with a small administration team.
- Take ownership of both individual and team-level tasks.
- Have twelve months or more of experience in a similar role.
- Possesses administrative skills and problem solving abilities.
- Possesses well developed communication, interpersonal and/or arithmetic skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of medical terminology and/or a working knowledge of health insurance schemes.
- Foster a positive and welcoming environment for visitors and clients.
- Supervise, mentor, train, and coach casual staff if required.
- Prioritise tasks within established policies, guidelines and procedures.
