WE REQUIRE A MINIMUM OF 24 HOURS NOTICE OF YOUR CANCELLATION PRIOR TO YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME.
Failure to arrive to your appointment or where you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, you will incur a late cancellation fee.
Cancellation fees will be equal to the cost of your consultation.

APPOINTMENT REMINDERS
Our system will send an automated reminder to you via email and SMS 2 days prior to your scheduled appointment time.
We ask that you SMS reply 'yes' to confirm your appointment.
If you need to make any changes, please call or reply to the email reminder.
These reminders are in place to assist our patients in remembering their bookings. However, it is still the responsibility of our patients to keep a record of when their appointment is, and contact us if any changes to their appointments may be required.

HOW TO LET US KNOW OF YOUR CANCELLATION
Call us (03)9533 5305 to make any changes to your appointments during our business hours.
Reply to the reminder email if you are unable to call.
If we are unable to answer your call or you call outside of business hours, please leave a voicemail with the details of your cancellation.
If you have an appointment on a Monday or following a Public Holiday (or any other day where we are closed), please leave a voicemail, send an email or a text a day prior to your appointment to let us know of your cancellation.
If you do not leave a voicemail, send us an email or a text, you have not cancelled and will be charged accordingly if you do not arrive to your appointment.
We reserve the right to decline or postpone appointments for persons who have outstanding accounts. Bookings may be made upon settlement of outstanding accounts.
